More flavorful pics. Best Italian food...always go here! One can find the Christain catacombs where they hid out when persecuted by the Romans. Captured ones would be used in Gladiator games, to the euphoria of the emperor. Two choices were possible for the Christain: either die in battle or win the fight and get lifetime freedom. They were noted for their cruelty at times. EG pitting men against lions (without weapons). Here's a skyline view, Spanish Steps, Vatican, and a good example of an early Roman road.

Here is the Castle Sant Angelo in Rome...this is where the Holy Roman Emperor hid out if Rome was sacked. Next is a Polish castle and more German castle. The medieval castle made on a ramp of tonnes of concrete.
