




Some pics...note the size of the garden. Maybe a good 50 gardeners were used to prune the plants, cut the grass, and clean the foliage on a consistent basis. The pruning had to be pretty exact to satisfy the royalty. A lot of work especially in a time of no machinery. All hand tools.

I have been to Hampton Court but that seems like a lifetime ago. It was beautiful.
